The Covent Garden Hotel's Saketini – Recipe

For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

Sake Martini

Yields one serving

30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin

15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif

15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
